WatchMatrix.TV

Children’s Privacy

Last updated: 2026-07-27

Status. This is the current version, and it describes how WatchMatrix.TV actually works today, so you can rely on it as our statement of what we do. It is a first version that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If that review changes anything, we will update this page and move the date above.

WatchMatrix.TV is not for children

WatchMatrix.TV is a general-audience tool. It is not directed at children, it is not designed for children, and we do not market it to children. It has no games, no cartoon characters, no child-oriented activities, and no advertising of any kind.

Because it can show unfiltered live content from other platforms, which we do not choose, review, or moderate, it is intended for people aged 17 and older. Nothing in the product enforces that today: it is a statement of who the product is for, not an age check.

We have no accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children

This is the important part, and it is simpler than most policies make it.

WatchMatrix.TV has no accounts and no sign-in. There is nothing to register for. There is no form anywhere in the product that asks for a name, an email address, a phone number, an address, a birth date, or a payment detail, and there is no place to upload a photo or a recording. We run no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

So there is no form and no account through which a child, or anyone else, can hand us personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We are not going to stretch that into “nothing at all reaches us”, because one thing is true of every website: loading a page tells the server that served it your device’s network (IP) address, which browser you are using, and what you asked for. That is the ordinary server-log and search traffic described in our Privacy Policy. It applies to every visitor identically, it is the whole of what reaches our side, and it tells us nothing about anyone’s age.

The things WatchMatrix.TV remembers, such as your grid layout, your saved layouts, and your watch list, are stored on your own device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or deleting the app, removes them.

The things that do leave the device, which apply to every visitor

We want a parent reading this to have the full picture, not a reassuring half of it.

Our Privacy Policy describes all of this in full, and our Cookies and storage policy lists everything kept on the device.

If you are a parent or guardian

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at watch.matrix.tv@gmail.com and we will look into it and delete anything we hold.

We should be honest about what that means in practice: because we have no accounts and no database, in almost every case the answer will be that we hold nothing about your child at all, and there is nothing for us to delete. If you want to remove what is stored on your child’s device, clear the browser data for this site, or delete the app.

If you are a school, or you supervise children who use this

The same answer applies. There is no account to manage, no data for us to hand over, and nothing for us to delete on request, because we hold nothing.

Changes and contact

We may update this statement. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Because we do not collect contact details, we cannot notify anyone directly, so please check back here.
